Participating organizations

The project “Intelligent Green Water Leakage Control and Quality Monitoring System for the Water Supply Network in the Paramythia Area,” implemented by the Municipality of Souli, is carried out in collaboration with research entities from both Greece and the donor country, Norway. Through the contribution of the partners and the sub-projects of the initiative, the aim is to achieve timely detection of leaks, while supporting local authorities in making decisions regarding the improvement and utilization of the network. Project Structure – Scope

The objective of the project is to optimize the utilization of available water resources by reducing leakages, ensuring adequacy and quality of drinking water in the water supply infrastructure of the closed zone in the Paramythia city of the Municipality of Souli, which experiences water deficit. It aims to achieve rational operation, ensure water quality, protect the environment, and promote resource efficiency.
